Naples is a perfect location for all shopalcolic, specially for girls…;) Naples is a city full of inexpensive shops where you can find shoes, clothes, accessories and craftworks.
The main street for shopping in Naples is Via Roma ( also called Via Toledo) where there are boutiques, departments store, franchising and local shops. You shopping tour can start to Piazza Plebiscito, were there is the famous Cafè Gambrinus. A perfect place to drink a real Neapolitan coffee witch give you the energy for you shopping full immersion. From Piazza Plebiscito start from Via Roma and enjoy! The biggest department store in Via Roma is “ La Rinascente” but, for my personal shopping experience , to buy cheap clothes I suggest Alcott, Phard and Berska.
If you prefer some of high level from Piazza Plebiscito turn on the left and go up by Via Chiaia where it’s some brand boutiques . But to find the most important boutiques you have to go to Via Calabritto ( in the end of Via Chiaia). Gucci, Prada, Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo and Louis Vuitton in fewes metres!
If you are interested in antiques and craftwork, you should go to historical center: in Spaccanapoli you’ll find antiques dealers and in San Gregorio Armeno you’ll can buy a typical Native Scene for the next Christmas.

Dedicated to the famous Italian painter of the 15th century, the exhibition shows 70 pieces of work, including the splendid Baptism of Christ.
The long career of Giovanni Bellini was very prosperous, it began with Quattrocento styles but matured into the progressive post-Giorgione Renaissance styles. Bellini, seems as the developer of Italian Renaissance, had a prevalent use of oil painting and disguised symbolism integral to the Northern Renaissance, different from the other Italian painters that used tempera painting,
You can visit the complete show from 10 a.m to 8 p.m. and the price fluctuate from 7,5 € to 10 € depending from you concession.

Held annually in March, when the weather is fit to jogging and the herds of tourists haven’t arrived yet, Rome Marathon attracts more and more runners every year. Among other things, you will run past the the Trevi Fountain, Saint Peter’s, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps and through a lot of narrow streets in the old part of the city.
It is suggestive also for who want to have a short experience because 15 minutes after the bold marathoners 45,000 children, adults and seniors begin the non-competitive Stracittadina Fun Run. In the period 1-3 April 2009 there will be the 5th International specialised conference on sustainable viticulture in the cities of Trento and Verona in Italy with the title : winery waste and ecological impacts management.
Wine industry has a benefit in recent years in the market of agro-food, but this activity is linked to the production of large amounts of polluted effluents, both liquid and solid, which have to be properly managed to prevent environmental problems and to preserve resources. The conference will cover topics directly related to the effluent treatment as well as sustainable viticulture, with emphasis on the rational use of water.
After the appointments in France ( in 1994 and in 1998) and those in Spain ( 2004 ) and Chile 2006, 2009 is the Italian turn for this event, organised by the Universities of Verona and Trento.
